Internation Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race

The Internationl Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race (IPSSSDR) came to town Tuesday February 2nd for the mushers dinner and race.  The racers started behind the Bank of Alpine and mushed up the Grey's River to the Box Y Guest Ranch and back. This year there were 16 racers that started and finished in Alpine. We had two Jr. mushers from Alpine this year: Janice Hall and Isabella Currie. These young ladies were able to race their teams in Park City Utah and attend the mushers banquet. The race committee would like to thank all the banner sponsors and all of you whom helped with the race. We will do it all over again next year. Please plan on attending, or sponsoring.
