An Ordinance Governing Parking & Snow Removal
in the Town of Alpine
No person shall park, place or leave any vehicle or trailer on any public street, alley or Town right-of-way between the hours of 1:00 a.m., and 6:30 a.m., during the months of November through April. No person shall sweep, plow, push, shovel or cause snow to come to rest on or upon any public sidewalk, street, alley, property, or right-of-way in the Town, or upon any private property without the express written consent of the owner of such property.
It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this ordinance.
Violations of this Ordinance can constitutes in a misdemeanor; penalties and/or fines can be imposed and/or impoundment of vehicles.
